Concevoir des référentiels à partir de dilemmes génériques ? Deux essais

Abstract

Deux analyses du travail de longue durées réalisées avec des employés de bureau et avec des moniteurs d'auto-école servent de base à ce chapitre ; réalisées selon l'approche de la clinique de l'activité, elles ont été mises à disposition de la négociation collective et au travail des commissions nationales chargées de rénover les diplômes professionnels de ces deux domaines. Ces travaux contribuent à soutenir l'hypothèse qu'il existe des « dilemmes » caractéristiques d'un même « genre professionnel ». Ces dilemmes ont une source dans les différentes prescriptions qui structurent le travail et l'emploi et une autre source dans le collectif qui développe des ressources variables pour répondre aux contradictions rencontrées. De tels dilemmes ne pourraient-ils pas être placés au cœur des discussions avec la ligne hiérarchique et dans les négociations paritaires relatives à la conception de référentiels de diplômes ?
