Abstract

Le numérique peut accélérer la transformation des systèmes alimentaires pour les rendre plus sains, plus durables et plus éthiques, en suivant les principes de l'agroécologie. Cette synergie entre numérique et agroécologie fait naitre des challenges de recherche nouveaux : concevoir des capteurs et des robots peu coûteux, frugaux et simples d'usage, modéliser des systèmes agricoles plus complexes, repenser les systèmes de traçabilité et d'e-commerce alimentaire pour en améliorer l'efficacité, construire une gouvernance éthique des données. Une approche de type « recherche et innovation responsables » s'impose pour relever ces challenges.
