Abstract

Depuis plusieurs années, le système de santé français connait d'importantes fragilisations. L'apparition soudaine de la pandémie Covid-19 amplifie les problématiques déjà existantes et met sous tension l'ensemble des parties prenantes du système de santé. Malgré différentes tentatives de réformes en réponses aux besoins des acteurs et de la population, les défis et les enjeux organisationnels et informationnels subsistent.
