Abstract

Le rapport Auroux l'affirme : « Citoyens dans la cité, les travailleurs doivent l'être aussi dans leur entreprise ». Cette formule emblématique dit toute l'ambition de « refondation du droit du travail »; le droit du travail étant un élément essentiel de la démocratie et un lieu d'application des droits de l'homme.
