Abstract

"Le ciel rayonne, la terre jubile", le titre de la cantate BWV 31 de Jean-Sébastien Bach illustre bien la situation de l'économie et des marchés mondiaux que décrit le trente-deuxième rapport CyclOpe. Pratiquement toutes les économies de la planète ont retrouvé le chemin de la croissance et ont effacé les dernières scories de la crise de 2008. Les marchés eux-mêmes ont enregistré un net rebond. Mais les tensions politiques ne sont pas éteintes pour autant après un an de la présidence de Donald Trump aux Etats-Unis et avec le renforcement du pouvoir des dirigeants russe, chinois et indien. Rédigé depuis 1986 par une équipe d'une soixantaine d'experts réunis autour de Philippe Chalmin, professeur à l'Université Paris-Dauphine, et d'Yves Jégourel de l'Université de Bordeaux, CyclOpe présente une analyse de toutes ces tensions au travers du prisme des marchés mondiaux des matières premières et de commodités, au sens le plus large, de l'art au zirconium. Publié en français et en anglais, CyclOpe bénéficie du soutien fidèle de nombreuses entreprises et institutions françaises et internationales.
