Abstract

In times of environmental, social and technological change and even in times of health crisis the internationalisation remains an important column of a companys strategy (Calma et Souder, 2020; De Marchi et al., 2020; Sarmento, 2020; Zahra, 2020). However the internationalisation of companies is complex and does not necessarily guarantee a good performance (Mayrhofer and Urban, 2011). The link between internationalisation and performance has often been studied but the results are contradictory which can be the result of measures of both, internationalization. And performance. To solve this situation, we conducted an analysis of panel data of exports to the top 10 destination countries of MNCs in order to bring new insights to the internationalization - performance link.
