Abstract

Les crises industrielles contraignent les acteurs civils et privés à collaborer. Ces situations peuvent être considérées comme des opportunités d'apprentissage organisationnel avec une gouvernance plurielle. Les exercices terrain de simulation de crise sont un exemple d'apprentissage par l'expérience, où les actions correctives difficiles à mettre en place en entreprise, deviennent alors un levier pédagogique majeur. C'est dans ce contexte qu'un exercice, de terrain, de simulation de crise industrielle peut devenir un objet d'apprentissage organisationnel entre acteurs privés et acteurs publics.
