Abstract

L'objectif de notre article est de formuler une proposition de mise en évidence d'un système de valeurs du management concernant le secteur du tourisme responsable. Ce travail se fonde sur une grille d'analyse des valeurs du management pour l'appliquer à un cas d'entreprise du secteur touristique français. Nous soulignerons d'abord ce que la littérature évoque sur le sujet de la création de valeurs avant de révéler la grille d'analyse qui en est issue. Ladite grille a été proposée à différents salariés de l'entreprise cible, afin de mettre en relief les valeurs créées et d'en conclure un système de management par les valeurs pouvant s'appliquer aux organisations du tourisme éthique.
