Abstract

Ce livre réunit toutes les composantes permettant la rédaction d'un business plan pour une start-up. Son originalité est qu'il rassemble non seulement les métriques financières que tout porteur de projet devra écrire en créant son activité, mais aussi les matrices permettant l'analyse stratégique nécessaire justifiant les chiffres. De nombreux business case viennent aussi agrémenter la lecture, ce qui en simplifie aussi la compréhension. Ce livre s'adresse particulièrement aux créateurs de start-up, aux dirigeants, et aux étudiants de master.
