Abstract

Depuis les travaux de Mayer, Davis et Schoorman (1995), la recherche s'accorde à reconnaître qu'une personne est digne de confiance lorsqu'elle est capable, intègre et bienveillante. Si la question de la capacité, et des moyens de la renforcer, a très largement travaillée par les ressources humaines, et si le coeur du concept d'intégrité a été éclairé récemment (Jacquinot, 2021), celui de bienveillance est souvent réduit à un affect et la complémentarité entre intégrité et bienveillance fait encore l'objet d'un large questionnement. Le présent travail apporte des réponses en mobilisant la pensée d'Aristote transcrite dans les livres V et VIII de l'Ethique à Nicomaque.
