Abstract

Génocide, écocide, 11 septembre 2001, Covid 19… la catastrophe se conjugue au pluriel et s'impose comme un thème récurrent dans l'espace public. Peut-on apprendre des récits indicibles sur la Shoah ou Hiroshima ? Comment parler des catastrophes en cours ? Les discours peuvent-ils rendre crédibles celles à venir et nous aider à les prévenir ? L'ouvrage s'adresse à un public de linguistes, économistes, historiens, juristes, littéraires, humanitaires et, plus largement, à toute personne qui souhaite (re)donner sens à des ruptures ou des événements inédits, loin des sombres prédictions des « collapsologues ».
