Abstract

DGOS (2012) sur l'évolution des réseaux de santé préconise le développement de fonctions transversales (médicales, médico-sociales) de coordination d'appui et institutionnelles qui mobilisent des compétences multiples et parfois éloignées du coeur de métier des personnes qui les occupent. Deux approches de définition de ces profils métiers sont possibles, une approche bottom up, à partir de l'étude des activités et compétences des coordonnateurs de terrain et une approche top down, à partir du référentiel de compétences du métier de coordonnateur institutionnel proposé par la DGOS.
