Abstract

La mise en place des groupements hospitaliers de territoires (GHT) a modifié les relations interorganisationnelles entre les pharmaciens, acteurs de l'achat produits de santé au sein d'un territoire, en instaurant un nouveau modèle de gouvernance qui établit une hiérarchie entre établissements supports et établissements parties. Via une étude de cas menée sur un territoire comprenant 14 GHT, les auteurs ont mis en évidence quatre formes d'asymétrie entre établissements supports et parties?: asymétrie de gouvernance, d'information, de pouvoir et de rôle, ainsi que des risques de domination, de dégradation des relations et de résistance des acteurs. Des risques qui peuvent toutefois être limités grâce à un certain nombre de facteurs relevant du contexte, des relations entre acteurs et du modèle organisationnel mis en place.
