Abstract

Depuis plusieurs décennies maintenant, le dialogue social, comme mode de régulation de la relation de travail, ne cesse d'attirer l'attention que ce soit dans les sphères politiques, économiques ou académiques. Mais s'il occupe une place désormais centrale, il reste l'objet de vives controverses qui trahissent ses ambivalences et tensions constitutives. Ce sont ces ambivalences que les auteurs réunis dans cet ouvrage s'efforcent d'explorer. En étudiant plus directement la dimension organisationnelle du dialogue social, dimension habituellement jugée secondaire, ils ne visent pas tant à résoudre ces tensions dans la quête d'une régulation pacifiée qu'à en révéler la force motrice.
