Abstract

In this article, we propose an innovative reading grid of responsible intra-organizational mobility processes. From the literature on intra-organizational mobility, processes and corporate social responsibility (CSR), we show the link between these concepts. Our qualitative methodology makes it possible to collect the points of view of the human resources management of 19 large companies in France via 47 interviews. From these interviews we create an interpretive grid of formal or informal mobility processes and we suggest that there are more responsible methods than others. Our managerial recommendations propose internal mobility processes that increase the company's social responsibility towards its employees.
