Abstract

La guerre commerciale qui oppose les États-Unis à la Chine n'est pas seulement liée à l'impulsivité de Donald Trump. Ses racines sont en fait profondes et tiennent à trois changements structurels du système commercial multilatéral : le retournement des avantages comparatifs, le rôle désormais central de certains pays en développement et le rééquilibrage des puissances qui rend la coordination entre États difficile. Dans ce contexte, l'avenir du commerce mondial n'est pas encore écrit.
