Abstract

If the aim is to promote the emergence of a creative and effective organisational movement, it seems to us that a perception of the organisational movement based on a social impulse to measure and control, on the one hand, and conditioned by unquestioned social 'creatures', on the other hand, would a priori limit the possibilities of action and their effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to propose perspectives for liberating effective action by inviting individuals to social emancipation and ethical pathways.
