Abstract

Cet article présente un projet de dispositif numérique de guidage semi-automatisé des alternants en situation de travail pour la bonne conduite de leur mission et faciliter le travail des tuteurs recentré sur l'accompagnement de l'évolution personnelle ; élément clef qui garantit une expérience professionnelle formative. En nous appuyant sur notre expérience de l'alternance des publics de formation continue depuis 1992 (et d'apprentis depuis 2004), des travaux de formalisation de la démarche résultat (ISO 21500 :2012) et du scénario de formation des tuteurs, nous proposons les attendus du D-FBPM (Digital Formative Brown Paper Mapping). Son développement pointe quatre priorités pour répondre au défi de sa mise-en-oeuvre dans une formation ingénieur : obtenir le soutien stratégique de l'établissement, identifier les partenaires, exploiter le « Learning Analytics » pour un guidage « automatisé » vers des solutions leviers en autonomie, puis faciliter les interventions des tuteurs en face-à-face par l'identification des indicateurs pertinents ; ces derniers devant renseigner sur les verrous individuels de la relation privilégiée tuteurs-tutoré, ou trio-gagnant.
