Abstract

Le cluster est un outil de mobilisation des acteurs qui met le projet au coeur de la construction territoriale, les différentes proximités des acteurs alimentant une dynamique économique locale. En matière de tourisme, le développement n'est possible qu'en décloisonnant les lieux et les activités, et ce afin de prendre en considération l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur. Quant à la coopération entre clusters touristiques et non touristiques (inclustering), elle est difficile à mettre en oeuvre, mais ouvre de nouveaux espaces de coopération.
