Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de questionner les principaux modèles d'analyse des liens entre travail, variables organisationnelles et santé psychique, à l'aune des perspectives d'action qu'ils permettent d'ouvrir. Nous proposons de distinguer ces modèles selon qu'ils mobilisent des variables sur lesquelles il est possible d'agir directement (variables de conception), ou des variables caractérisant un état de la situation de travail qu'on peut observer, mais sur lequel on ne peut agir directement (variables d'état). Il apparaît alors qu'uneanalysedes phénomènes de santé psychique au travail tendue vers l'action sur l'organisationse doit d'intégrer l'articulation de ces différents types de variablesà son tracé de chaines de causalité. Nous verrons cependant que la plupart des modèles d'analyse existants et fréquemment mobilisés ne respectent pas cette condition, ce qui peut en partie expliquer leur inaptitude à servir de point d'appui à une action efficace sur l'organisation.
