Réseaux d’administrateurs : vers une conception élargie de l’enracinement

Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse aux liaisons entre sociétés qui découlent du cumul de mandats d'administrateurs et de dirigeants. Après avoir rappelé les éléments théoriques issus de la théorie de l'enracinement des dirigeants et de la théorie des élites, nous proposons d'élargir le concept d'enracinement des dirigeants aux administrateurs et de sortir du cadre de l'entreprise pour nous placer au niveau d'un réseau d'entreprises. Notre étude empirique, menée sur les sociétés du CAC 40 début 2010 montre l'existence de conditions favorables à l'enracinement des administrateurs et dirigeants grâce au réseau interorganisationnel résultant du cumul des mandats.
