Abstract

L'Ecole des Hautes Études en Santé Publique (EHESP) est un établissement public qui exerce une double mission de formation et de recherche en santé publique et action sociale. Ecole de référence pour les cadres du système de santé publique, elle est engagée dans une démarche d'amélioration de la qualité depuis 2000 et a obtenu le label Développement durable et responsabilité sociétale (DD&RS) des établissements d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche depuis janvier 2020. Pour assurer un niveau de transversalité optimal entre les deux approches, l'EHESP s'est appuyée sur un système de management intégré qualité et responsabilité sociétale, fédérateur et cohérent, qui englobe l'ensemble des processus de l'établissement. L'objectif de ce travail est donc d'accompagner les ambitions du projet stratégique d'établissement (PSE) 1 en s'appuyant sur une démarche d'amélioration continue.
