Abstract

Alors que la plupart des études Delphi visent à atteindre un consensus des experts interrogés au travers d'itérations successives, le Delphi Argumentaire vise davantage à favoriser les débats et faire ressortir les arguments pertinents qui émergent au fil des tours. Nous présentons d'abord les principes de cette méthode et les outils d'analyse de données. Nous détaillons ensuite deux applications : une enquête sur les plateformes collaboratives et une enquête sur le e-Recrutement via les médias sociaux. Ni entretien ni questionnaire, nous montrons que le Delphi argumentaire peut trouver sa place dans des études ex-: l'avis d'experts qualifiés, le respect de l'anonymat, le codage au fil de l'eau, la définition de scénarios prospectifs, le repérage des consensus et des controverses.
