Abstract

En France, depuis 20 ans, les réformes se sont succédées à l'hôpital public. Ces réformes sont en partie des réformes de gestion plus précisément des réformes comptables. La réforme de 2007 (plan hôpital 2007) qui a introduit la tarification à l'acte (T2A), a suscité une contestation particulièrement vive de la part des agents de l'hôpital (Le Theule, Lambert, Morales, 2017). Ayant entendu les voix de contestation de certains chefs de service, j'ai réalisé avec une réalisatrice de documentaires un terrain ethnographique dans un service de soins aigus et soins palliatifs et nous avons filmé pendant 15 jours. Etait-ce intrusif ou nécessaire ? Etais-je, étions-nous des intruses ou étais-je, étions-nous des témoins ? voire des témoins vulnérables ?
