Abstract

Pour cette neuvième année, DRM propose dans ce « Repères » un regard pluriel sur le monde des entreprises en mettant l'accent sur les enjeux d'actualité. Parmi les nouvelles tendances, cette édition aborde le mouvement des makers et son impact sur notre conception du travail. Elle interroge le phénomène du trading haute fréquence qui s'est imposé ces dernières années sur de nombreux marchés. L'ouvrage aborde également la question des discriminations. Discrimination raciale avec une étude dans le secteur des chambres d'hôtes en France, discrimination de genre au travers d'une analyse des facteurs de l'absentéisme féminin. Un chapitre confronte l'efficacité du contrôle et celle des vertus individuelles dans le cadre des relations clients-fournisseurs. La sécurité des systèmes d'information dans un contexte de cybercriminalité fait l'objet d'un bilan. Enfin, une contribution interroge la possibilité de mesure de la qualité de l'audit légal des sociétés. L'ouvrage s'achève par une chronologie des événements récents et un résumé des thèses en management soutenues en 2016 au sein de DRM. L'ensemble fournit une synthèse actualisée de l'état des entreprises.
