Abstract

Cet article entend contribuer aux réflexions sur l'évaluation des innovations publiques en analysant une initiative récente menée au sein de l'Éducation nationale. Si l'éducation est un domaine traditionnel de la théorie de l'évaluation, l'initiative étudiée se distingue des approches classiques en mobilisant des concepts et outils issus des sciences de la conception et du design. Consistant en la création d'un « parcours-guide » pour l'évaluation et l'accompagnement des projets d'innovation pédagogique, elle s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un partenariat initié en 2028, puis formalisé en 2020, entre la Chaire innovation publique (ENA, ENSCI Les Ateliers, Sciences Po, École Polytechnique) et le bureau de l'innovation pédagogique (BIP) de la direction générale de l'enseignement scolaire (Dgesco). La recherche étant encore en cours, l'article ne fait que présenter les premiers résultats issus de ce travail, ainsi que les pistes de réflexion qu'il a suscité à date.
