Abstract

Les 35 heures mises en place avec la première loi Aubry de 1998 ont constitué une véritable révolution dans la mesure des temps d'activité en France. La négociation des plans de réduction des temps de travail aura été complexe et pas toujours dans l'intérêt du salarié. Les partenaires sociaux ont du s'accorder sur la nécessité de combiner les besoins en productivité de l'entreprise et le temps de vie non professionnel laissé aux salariés... une forme de recherche de nouveaux équilibres.
