Abstract

Cet article démontre que la pratique des options réelles dans le cadre des investissements des entreprises à fort potentiel technologique sont incitatifs à la prise de risques pour les actionnaires et propriétaires. Cependant, il note que cette pratique est peu courante, et explique ainsi les réticences en matière d'investissements dans l'innovation, en prenant le cas des entreprises de biotechnologies.
