Abstract

Cet article étudie certains déterminants et conséquences de l'innovation managériale. Les auteurs observent que deux variables, l'orientation marché et l'apprentissage organisationnel, généralement considérées dans la littérature comme sources de performance, constituent aussi des sources d'innovation managériale. Cet article, en cherchant à spécifier et à quantifier le degré d'influence de ces deux variables, tente aussi de mesurer l'impact de l'innovation managériale sur l'avantage compétitif et la performance de l'organisation.
