Abstract

Cette communication traite de la rationalité circulatoire des entrepreneurs africains dont les projections dans le temps se représentent pas le premier facteur d'incitation entrepreneuriale. Le réseau de proximité représente davantage que les hypothèses de projet articulées dans le cadre d'un business plan, d'où la nécessité de dispositifs d'accompagnement spécifiques et appropriés.
