Abstract

Ce chapitre explique comment les PME améliorent leur performance en mettant en place des outils de contrôle de gestion ou des tableaux de bord prospectifs. La mise en place de ces outils inscrit les entreprises dans des performance prospective qui intègrent de nombreux facteurs comme l'organisation et leur apprentissage, leur stratégie, leur degré d'innovation et leurs revenus. Il s'avère que les entreprises accroissent leur performance même quand elles mettent des outils prospectifs embryonnaires.
