Abstract

Consulter une vidéo sur YouTube pour apprendre à faire un masque de diapositive, développer de nouvelles compétences en gestion de projet en suivant un MOOC, lire le résumé d'un livre sur Koober… Ils sont plus de six salariés sur dix à avoir recours à cet ensemble de pratiques d'apprentissage médiées par le numérique, hors temps officiel de formation (HRM Digital Lab, 2018). Loin d'être anecdotique, l'apprentissage informel numérique est un phénomène à prendre en compte par les organisations. Que recouvre-t-il, comment le favoriser et pourquoi le favoriser ?
