Abstract

En raison des changements de l'environnement, la chaine logistique pharmaceutique fait face à des risques internes et externes qui affectent sa performance. Les entreprises luttent contre ces risques à travers les stratégies de flexibilité pour s'adapter à ces changements et rester compétitifs. Les travaux empiriques sur le domaine de la gestion des risques pharmaceutique sont rares. Donc, l'objectif de ce papier est d'expliquer quelques stratégies essentielles de gestion des risques adoptées dans les laboratoires pharmaceutiques et dont ils investissent plus de ressources. Ces stratégies sont liées à l'approvisionnement et la demande qui sont la majorité des stratégies proactives.
