Abstract

Ce chapitre présente le cas d'une équipe projet mondiale de design et développement, dans laquelle la cheffe d'équipe a mis en oeuvre une démarche de recherche-action en deux temps. Durant le travail de l'équipe, elle a adopté une posture de « réflexion en action » permettant de prendre du recul sur les situations et d'adapter le management de l'équipe en conséquence. Puis, après la fin du projet, une collaboration avec une chercheuse n'ayant pas connu l'équipe a donné lieu à une théorisation de l'expérience vécue. Ce chapitre passe en revue la littérature méthodologique pour montrer en quoi la rechercheaction est une méthode intéressante pour la recherche en management international. Puis, il détaille deux situations de l'équipe projet, et la recherche-action menée dans ce contexte. Enfin, des recommandations sont proposées aux chercheurs souhaitant mener une recherche-action en contexte interculturel.
