Abstract

Dans cet article, la métaphore « pays des merveilles », proposée par McCabe en 2016, est « mise en mouvement » pour révéler le caractère complexe et paradoxal d'une organisation du travail agile. Inspirée du célèbre conte Alice au pays des merveilles, cette métaphore permet la construction d'une démarche méthodologique articulée autour de trois propositions clés : 1) favoriser la découverte des chercheurs et des praticiens ; 2) constituer une communauté réflexive composée d'une variété d'acteurs et 3) encourager l'esprit de jeu. Les auteures discutent l'apport de cette métaphore pour la recherche-intervention en sciences de gestion.
