Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis highlights different managerial issues such as strategic, organizational, informational or decision-making processes. This study analyzes all these issues before proposing different solutions connected to improvements in the management methods in local public authorities. These solutions are related to behavioral, instrumental or human dimensions, involving local administrations, but also all of their stakeholders, including citizens, non-profit organizations or even national Government. Through few examples, a paradigm shift is proved necessary in order to be able to respond to current and future environmental changes.
