Abstract

L'objet de cette contribution est de proposer une vision anthropocentrée de l'organisation qui reconnaît la place centrale de l'acteur/sujet dans l'étude et la compréhension des phénomènes organisationnels. Lorsque l'analyse de l'organisation intègre l'individu, elle le confine dans une logique d'acteur et l'ignore dans sa qualité de sujet. Bon nombre des dimensions mobilisées dans le cadre des relations interindividuelles s'en trouvent alors minorées. Le monde de la gestion se doit, dans ses analyses, d'intégrer les dimensions humaines qui interviennent dans la dynamique organisationnelle.
