Abstract

Les secteurs sanitaire et médico-social sont continuellement confrontés à des réformes structurelles profondes. Les établissements se retrouvent ainsi face à un véritable paradoxe entre rationalisation des ressources et amélioration de la qualité de la prise en charge de l'usager. À travers la construction intelligible d'un projet d'établissement, ces structures assoient la légitimité des actions qu'elles entreprennent dans une perspective de pérennité au sein de leur environnement. Notre travail de recherche repose sur une réflexion gestionnaire issue d'une pratique de terrain consistant à évaluer un projet d'établissement arrivant à échéance. À travers une étude de cas basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs et des focus groups, nous allons questionner l'apport des systèmes d'information dans une démarche d'évaluation participative.
