Abstract

Cet article rentre dans le cadre de notre enquête sur les CRéA en 2020, basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs avec des contrôleurs de gestion et leurs directeurs au sein de 16 CHU. Le premier volet [Dagneau et al, 2020] traitait des méthodes d'élaboration et de la phase de production des CRéA. Ce 2ème volet propose d'étudier la place des CRéA dans le dialogue de gestion des CHU. Nous analyserons les difficultés rencontrées dans le partage avec les pôles, et les actions de type pédagogie ou intéressement/délégation de gestion, mises en place en regard.
