Abstract

Une fois de plus, l'Afrique, notamment subsaharienne, ne fait plus rêver. Les déceptions ont fait taire les sirènes de l'afro-optimisme qui avaient envahi les analyses dans les années 2000, après vingt ans de désespérance sur l'avenir du continent. Les handicaps qui frappent le continent se sont en effet accumulés dans la période récente et leur levée impose des approches souvent en rupture avec le passé.
