Abstract

Prendre une décision consiste à faire un choix parmi plusieurs propositions. Pour y parvenir, l'organisation peut soit mobiliser une I.A., soit l'expertise d'un manager qui, par nature ou urgence, recourt à son intuition. Cette dernière est à la croisée de l'expérience, de l'intelligence cognitive et de l'intelligence émotionnelle. Étrangement, si les méthodes confirmatoires et exploratoires associent souvent I.A. et intuition, elles ne mobilisent pas l'intelligence des HQI. C'est ce manque que cet article comble ici en proposant un nouveau modèle intégratif de prise de décision.
