Abstract

Les problèmes environnementaux et le développement d'un autre mode de consommation poussent le consommateur à privilégier le marché de l'occasion. Dans ce contexte, cet article étudie la manière adoptée par les vendeurs particuliers pour présenter leur offre. Une comparaison du discours des entreprises et de celui des « consommerçants » basée sur une méthodologie empruntée des sciences physiques et de la sémiotique nous a permis d'identifier une différence de structure dans la valorisation de l'offre.
