Abstract

Il s'agit, dans cet article, d'analyser les motifs de restructuration des espaces-temps professionnels dans le contexte de la diffusion généralisée des dispositifs numériques mobiles. Nous montrerons ainsi comment ils favorisent un recouvrement progressif des espaces-temps du travail et du hors-travail. Nous examinerons également les stratégies de contrôle qu'essayent de leur imposer les instances managériales, et les multiples motifs de subordination qu'elles appellent de la part des salariés.
