Abstract

Résumé Veja, entreprise de baskets à la démarche éthique et écologique, a été créée en 2004 par deux Français. Elle a réussi à se faire une place sur un marché très concurrentiel et n'a cessé de développer ses activités en France et à l'étranger tout en préservant des valeurs autour de la durabilité. Le cas pédagogique examine la stratégie de Veja à partir d'une analyse de l'environnement concurrentiel, d'une réflexion sur son business model et d'une discussion sur les enjeux de durabilité. Objectifs pédagogiques - Appliquer les modèles d'analyse concurrentielle - Analyser et construire le business model d'une entreprise - Découvrir et appliquer un outil conceptuel sur le thème de la valeur non capturée - Comprendre et discuter les enjeux et les limites d'une démarche durable
