Abstract

Le présent article envisage le changement organisationnel sous influence réglementaire. Une organisation pionnière dans son domaine d'activités est contrainte de faire face à une multitude de concurrents, dans un environnement régulé par son ouverture à la concurrence. A la lumière d'un cadre d 'analyse inspiré du modèle de Rondeau, le processus de changement organisationnel de cette entreprise est analysé. Cette entreprise qui a traversé une période marquée par une chute de ses principaux indicateurs de gestion, a toutefois su faire face à ce nouveau contexte concurrentiel. Une reprise de la croissance est notée à l'issue de la phase charnière de mise en œuvre du changement.
