Abstract

The unemployment rate of university graduates in Morocco is an indicator of the low employability of this category of job seekers. We undertook this research in order to highlight the weaknesses of university education in terms of employability, and then to suggest areas for renewal in its service. To do this, we mobilized the quantitative empirical approach through the snowball sampling method (Goodman, 1961). The results of the study made it possible to obtain six areas for the renovation of university education.
