Abstract

Depuis mai 2012, des mesures fiscales d'une ampleur certaine ont été mises en œuvre. Ainsi, les prélèvements sur les hauts revenus, le patrimoine et ses revenus ont été alourdis. En revanche, selon Jacques Le Cacheux, ces mesures ne s'organisent pas dans une refonte d'ensemble de notre système fiscal. La fiscalité des ménages modestes a été peu réformée, la réforme du financement de la protection sociale reportée, la fiscalité sur la consommation simplement réaménagée et la fiscalité écologique n'a pas été approfondie. Enfin, une réflexion sur les notions d'équité et de justice fiscale semble manquer.
