L’Eurasie post-Maïdan : entre conflits et récession, d’immenses défis à relever

Abstract

Deux ans après Maïdan, l'annexion de la Crimée et le début de l'intervention russe dans le Donbass, le conflit russo-ukrainien et ce qu'il dit de la réaffirmation de la puissance russe restent des facteurs de structuration majeurs des évolutions de l'Eurasie. La tourmente dans laquelle la chute des cours des hydrocarbures a précipité la Russie et les autres pays producteurs, le processus de réforme dans lequel se sont engagés les Etats qui ont conclu un accord d'association avec l'Union européenne, la guerre contre l'organisation « Etat islamique » marquent eux aussi, entre autres, cet espace de leur empreinte. Dans un contexte régional et international bouleversé par ces événements, celui-ci continue à se déchirer autour de deux projets d'intégration de fait concurrents. Pour la Russie et les autres Etats membres de l'Union économique eurasienne comme pour les Etats qui cherchent à s'ancrer à l'Europe, les défis à relever sont immenses.
