Intégrité managériale : un étayage de la pensée de Michael Jensen grâce à la phénoménologie de Paul Ricœur

Abstract

De longue date, la science économique a identifié la confiance comme étant un facteur essentiel de l'échange économique. Plus récemment, les sciences de gestion ont estimé que cette confiance repose elle-même sur l'intégrité, à savoir le respect de la promesse donnée même si l'intérêt économique ou le sentiment envers celui qui a fait confiance a changé. Michael Jensen a affirmé que le respect même de cette promesse fonde l'identité même de la personne, sans toutefois s'expliquer. Le présent travail se propose de mobiliser la pensée de Paul Ricoeur pour étayer celle de Michael Jensen.
