Abstract

Les sciences de gestion sont familières du concept de communauté mais elles peinent à cerner la dimension communautaire de l'entreprise. Elles retiennent, à la suite de Jensen et Meckling (1976), la vision d'un « noeud de contrats » et négligent les « valeurs sentimentales » qui, aux dires mêmes de Weber (1995), peuvent naître au sein de relations « froidement instituées ». La présente recherche s'intéresse à l'apparition d'attachements au sein même de l'entreprise et à l'émergence de sa dimension communautaire. Elle en propose un modèle en mobilisant, aux côtés du concept d'attachement, ceux de vulnérabilité et de bienveillance. Elle illustre son propos à l'aide d'une étude de cas. Elle discute de ses apports notamment en matière d'implication affective et de management par les valeurs.
